About Oak Manor Senior Living Community

Terry Russell & Bill Kelsey own and operate Oak Manor Senior Living Community in Largo & several other retirement communities throughout the State of Florida. They have been friends for over 20 years and have spent those 20 years developing and managing continuum care retirement communities. 

Terry Russell received the Florida Health Care Association distinguished Administrator of the Year Award in 1993 for his development of a state of the art skilled pediatric unit in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Both Terry & Bill are active members of community organizations and their local churches.
